I have been with the Law Office of Steven Chung since its inception and pride myself on putting the needs of the clients first. It is important for the clients to understand the process and what to expect – explaining things to them in layman’s terms. There are many nuances to managing every aspect of a case and it is my job to make sure that these things happen with ease. We have the understanding, care and compassion that it takes. We also have the tenacity and the fervent attitude that we don’t work for the insurance company, we don’t work for defense attorneys, we work for OUR clients. It gives me great satisfaction in being part of that process.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my dog, Frankie, being outdoors, traveling and spending time with friends.
I have been working for law firms since my Sophomore year of high school in the mid-80s and have worked primarily in the medical malpractice, lemon law and personal injury fields. Working at the Law Office of Steven L. Chung since February 2015 has been an absolute pleasure and that is mainly because you are treated with respect and appreciated as an employee which, in my experience, does not always happen. The atmosphere is also more family oriented which makes working much more enjoyable.
As for the work aspect, while I’ve handled both pre-litigation and litigation files, I enjoy the litigation side of things more especially when dealing with motions and the discovery process. I also like having contact with the clients and getting to know who they are and what they are going through because of their accident and knowing that we are always working to get them not only the best possible resolution but peace of mind.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and traveling.
I have been a paralegal for more than 30 years and have assisted thousands of personal injury clients in their time of need. I love my job and communicating with clients on a regular basis.
I am known for my attention to detail, management of client files and returning client phone calls as soon as possible. I am well-versed in pre-trial litigation and assist clients with their PIP and wage loss claims, medical treatment, gathering evidence, assisting the attorneys with medical bill and lien reductions, preparing demand packages and communication with the insurance companies.

Born and raised in South Philadelphia of Sicilian descent. Attended St. Maria Goretti HS graduated with honors, went on to Peirce College where I majored in Accounting with a minor in Law, AA degree in Accounting. Professional career spans several decades as Controller, Office Manager, Bookkeeper, PR Specialist, HR Manager where most of my career was working in the legal field.
